Description

• The Product Engineering Manager is the subject matter expert within Fulfillment Operations for the design, development, and industrialization of new products at Prose. The role will work closely with R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to bring customized made-to-order products to market. • Candidates based in the New York City area can expect a base salary that ranges from $130,000 to $140,000. The base salary offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

Requirements

• B.S. Degree in mechanical or chemical engineering or related discipline preferred. • 4-7 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment. • Proven leadership skills managing a team of individuals. • Strong understanding of good manufacturing practices. • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy and organization. • Ability to function both independently and as part of a team; must be flexible and excited to grow with the organization. • Strong sense of urgency with excellent problem resolution and communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge of Excel.
