Description
•Help protect customers against life’s uncertainties. •Understand and translate business needs into technical requirements for data and AI products. •Work closely with AI Product Managers, Data Product Managers, Solution Architects and cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions meet customer needs.
Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. •3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a data or AI-focused environment. •Understanding of data architecture principles and data pipeline processes, including ETL/ELT frameworks. •Experience working with data warehousing solutions, data lakes, and cloud-based data platforms. •Familiarity with data modeling techniques and tools, as well as data governance practices. •Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, including model development, training, and deployment processes. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. •Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart). •Familiarity with data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R is a plus. •Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Azure devops is a plus. •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
