Description
• Perform client/business needs analysis and develop written requirements • Work directly with prospects/clients and support various teams • Manage the Implementation process and project lead roles • Communicate clearly and consistently with project stakeholders • Create business requirements documents and support technical documentation • Interact with clients to assess project requirements and perform needs/gap analysis • Manage/Monitor defined implementation tasks to deliver software solutions • Monitor change requests and work with cross-functional teams • Participate in the deployment of operational and technical initiatives • Conduct status reporting and interaction with the client and management • Support multiple teams and projects simultaneously • Special projects as assigned
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an analyst • Experience in delivering software solutions within the Mortgage/Financial Services space • Ability to adhere to project methodologies and testing/documentation procedures • Prior experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst is required
