Description
• Seeking an exceptional Communications Manager to guide the strategy and lead the execution of Prove’s corporate PR efforts in the U.S. and globally. • Managing complexity and relationships across many areas of the business including executive leadership team, human resources, investor relations and brand marketing & PR teams. • A unique opportunity that requires a detail-oriented self-starter that welcomes big thinking and a creative approach to communications.
Requirements
• 5+ years of in-house or VC corporate communications experience with an established public company or fast-growing startup. • A proven record building PR programs in-house from scratch, including experience in executive communications. • Proven ability to learn quickly with a knack for breaking down complex concepts. • Demonstrated comfort working in fast-growing, fast-paced companies where “figuring it out” is more important than “sticking to the process,” especially when a process doesn’t exist. • A passion for creative storytelling and an aversion for cookie-cutter PR tactics.
