Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the Core system, aligning with the company's vision and goals. • Create and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives. • Gather and analyze customer feedback, conduct market research, and stay informed about industry trends to inform product decisions. • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch. • Advocate for exceptional user experiences, working with the design team to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement. • Communicate product vision, progress, and results to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency. • Deliver a strategic plan to optimize the fintech branch of our product ecosystem.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on SaaS products. Experience in the fitness or gym management industry is a plus. • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product development from concept to launch. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences. • Deep empathy for users and a passion for creating products that solve real-world problems. • Experience working and optimizing billing and payments features is a plus. • Solid understanding of software development processes and technologies. Experience working with agile methodologies is preferred. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
