Description

• Effectively and successfully manage multiple campaigns at the same time. • Manage client relationships from kickoff calls to campaign reviews, ensuring timely campaign starts, strong performance, and full delivery. • Act as the main point of contact on campaigns, for both internal and external stakeholders, creating and fostering a communication forum for all stakeholders. • Collaborate closely with Ad Operations to launch campaigns, monitor pacing, troubleshoot live campaigns, and optimize to hit or exceed client KPIs. • Keep Account Executives apprised of all key issues and relevant data throughout the campaign process. • Craft campaign midpoint and wrap-up reports that highlight noteworthy trends, meaningful results, and client metrics. Work closely with Account Executives to present compelling performance stories and proactively approach clients with incremental opportunities and upselling. • Collaborate with the pre-sales team to incorporate insights from completed campaigns into strategic media plans and decks for future proposals and sales activities. • Partner with Accounting and Finance to confirm and recognize monthly revenue.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience working in the digital media space, ideally for an ad agency, premium publisher, or large brand advertiser. • Familiarity with direct media sales. • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and comfort engaging with clients. • Creative problem solver. • Detail-oriented and highly motivated. • Energetic, customer-focused self-starter with a positive “can-do” attitude. • Ability to work under tight deadlines and thrive under pressure-filled situations. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel, Google Ad Manager, or similar ad serving and reporting systems.
