• Join customer success team as a Customer Success Manager. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients in various sectors. • Manage onboarding of new clients and guide through hardware/software implementation. • Provide hands-on training for clients on hardware and software tools. • Collaborate with teams to resolve client issues, ensuring timely resolutions. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers. • Continuously develop technical understanding to better support clients. • Collect customer feedback and share insights for product improvement.
• Background in corrections, law enforcement, security, or the military is highly desired. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a teacher/trainer spirit. • Technical aptitude with an ability to learn new systems and products quickly. • Experience working with customers or clients in any capacity is essential. • Self-starter with a growth mindset and a willingness to take on new challenges. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. • Comfortable with frequent onsite travel to client locations.
