Description
• Reddit’s Strategic Finance team is seeking a Sales Commissions Manager responsible for managing, analyzing, and optimizing sales commission processes. • Developing and maintaining commissions plans, ensuring accurate and timely payout of commissions.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in sales commission processing, compensation administration or related field. • Proven track record of managing and optimizing compensation plans and processes. • Strong understanding of Salesforce and G Suite, with the ability to leverage these tools to streamline processes and workflows. • Familiarity with basic Revenue Accounting principles • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work. • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
