Description

• For our Supply Department we are looking for a Team Lead of New Sales who will be responsible for leading the New Sales team in sourcing and onboarding new suppliers to our platform. • Develop and ensure a robust sales department pipeline through prospecting, leverage of the network and market research including productive management of the Supply CRM to meet and exceed ambitious growth targets. • Lead and inspire a high performing and professional sales & onboarding culture through providing clear strategic direction and strong team performance management. • Be the primary interface between refurbed and our prospective suppliers, leveraging relationships with supplier senior management to foster a culture of strong, sustainable relationships. • Report on sales activities, opportunities, forecasts and performance, presenting key metrics and insights to the leadership team. • Collaborate closely with other teams (e.g. Account Management, Integration or Listing) and departments (e.g. Finance or Customer Service). • Work on inter-departmental projects aiming at improving internal processes.

Requirements

• You have an established sales career and have a proven track record in sales management over the past 3-5 years within marketplaces, ecommerce, SaaS, B2B consumer electronics or similar. • You want to work with people and lead a close knit, professional team. • You have great presentational, written and verbal communication skills. • You are organised, strategic, adaptable, solutions-oriented, have a ‘can do’ attitude and like to learn. • You are fluent in English. • You ideally have experience with consumer electronics.
