Description

• Design and execute an HR strategy that harnesses our people and their talent. • Supervise domain experts in payroll, benefits, and HRIS. • Work alongside leaders in talent acquisition and learning & development. • Lead continuous, data-driven HR planning processes and ensure organizational design aligns with strategy. • Improve employee engagement and wellness by partnering with leadership for continuous improvement. • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. • Ensure fair performance management and provide clear direction and professional development for employees.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in human resources and people operations—contributing at a senior level • Must have experience in fast-growing SaaS Software and/or healthcare organizations • Experience leading and developing Human Resource Information Systems (preferably Workday) • Demonstrated experience leading and building teams • Innovative thinker who is always looking for unique ways of doing things • Experience managing employees that are working remotely • Must be comfortable leveraging video conference software to communicate with candidates and the rest of the organization
