Description

• The Director of Revenue Marketing focuses on generating awareness, qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue from named accounts and industry-specific enterprises. • Using integrated marketing strategies, you will attract new customers and drive customer cross-selling and upselling campaigns. • You will create multi-channel, personalized marketing campaigns, leveraging customer data, intent targeting, and custom audiences. • You will deliver cohesive go-to-market strategies and demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, search, content marketing, and events. • You will mentor a team of marketing professionals in ABM and demand generation, foster a data-driven culture, and measure the effectiveness of revenue marketing programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. • 10+ years of experience in demand generation marketing, with at least 5 years in a role focused on enterprise ABM and demand capture within a B2B SaaS company. • Proven track record of owning targets and driving revenue growth through effective marketing strategies. • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, ABM, and marketing automation tools, esp. Salesforce and Pardot. • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Exceptional collaboration and mentoring abilities. • Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves way of working.
