• Manage growing Product Design team. • Inspire and lead designers to excel. • Partner with Product Management to prioritize efforts. • Collaborate with leadership on design direction. • Define and iterate core user experience. • Create service maps for cross-functional clarity. • Define UX details in consumer application. • Lead critiques and provide actionable feedback.
Requirements
• 3+ years of people management experience. • 5+ years of Product Design experience with exceptional portfolio. • Proven track record collaborating with Product Managers and Engineering. • Ability to design simple solutions to complex problems. • Fluency in Figma and prototyping. • Low ego, strong opinions loosely held, collaborative, and loves learning. • Bonuses: • Experience with technical, algo-driven products. • Previous experience with scaling organization or agency.
