Description
• We help renters find their new home by connecting them with top property managers. • The ApartmentIQ Engineering Team is responsible for creating tools for customers to advertise properties. • We work with design, sales, and customer success to solve complex issues in marketing properties.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer with at least 2 years in a senior level role. • Proven track record of leading other engineers to deliver projects that customers love. • Ruby on Rails web development. • HTML/CSS. • Experience building responsive applications across a variety of browsers and devices. • Strong proficiency in JavaScript / ES6, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. • Solid understanding of fundamental web technologies such as HTTP, REST, AJAX and JSON. • Ability to break down complex problems into digestible chunks. • Strong technical writing and communication skills. • Creative and Self-motivated with a growth mindset. • Ability to translate prototypes into real world production web tools. • A strong desire to experiment and iterate in order to create a product you are truly proud of. • Relentless prioritization when working with ambiguity.
