Description
• As the Head of Finance, you will lead all financial activities within the organization • Oversee financial planning and analysis, accounting, and financial reporting • Shape the company's financial strategy and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
• Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably within the tech or blockchain industry • Strong understanding of financial management of decentralized or blockchain-based companies • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards • Demonstrated experience in managing vendor relationships and contracts • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments • Experience with equity management and payroll systems • A proactive and self-motivated approach, capable of working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
