Description
• As a Growth Operations Manager at ResortPass, you will play a critical role in scaling our B2B and B2C marketing operations and communications, and driving growth initiatives. • You will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales and product teams to optimize processes and systems, develop automated lifecycle communication strategies for both sales and account management, and ensure the seamless integration of our growth marketing technology and data.
Requirements
• 3-5 years of growth operations, B2B CRM or similar role within a fast-paced company (ideally a start-up) • Demonstrated experience managing a Salesforce <> Hubspot B2B tech stack, including drafting and building automated communications and workflows • Experience managing cross-functional relationships to identify opportunities and solutions to drive scale • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Scrappy, motivated, problem solver who won’t wait for direction. • You're a good person.
