Description

• Provide phone, chat, and e-mail support to retail customers • Resolve product and service problems of retail customers • Process orders and modifications • Escalate complaints across multiple communication channels • Maintain solid customer relationships • Resolve customer complaints • Data entry and research as required • Provide product and service information • Log customer calls and annotate chat interactions • Receive and place customer service telephone calls

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • At least one year of customer service experience • Independent and a self-starter • Strong communication skills • Ability to multi-task • Ability to remain calm when customers are frustrated • Computer literacy
