Description

• Manage outbound lead flow • Generate new sales opportunities by scheduling appointments through outbound calling • Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads, providing detailed information to ensure effective follow-up and conversion • Document and update customer records to maintain accurate interaction history • Meet and exceed daily outbound call quotas • Track and manage prospects through Salesforce • Stay current with industry trends

Requirements

• Experience in ABA as a behavior technician preferred, sales experience is a plus • Bachelor's Degree in any related field • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding goals • Ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejection on a daily basis • Effective listening and interpersonal skills • Exceptional relationship-building skills • Ability to work productively in a remote environment • Detail oriented and proficient organizational, time-management skills • Basic understanding of technologies such as Microsoft office and business practices
