Description
• Ribbiot is seeking an experienced Director/VP of Finance to join the team • Lead and iterate on pricing models for SaaS, HaaS, and combo solutions • Manage financial planning and analysis, budgeting, tax management, and strategic financial decision-making • Implement scalable financial systems and processes • Oversee cash management and treasury functions • Partner with the CEO on investor relations and fundraising
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred • Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably as a VP of Finance or CFO • Strong understanding of SaaS and HaaS pricing models and financial strategies • Excellent financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting skills • Experience in managing tax compliance and R&D tax credits • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
