Description

• Develop and implement innovative brand marketing strategies to enhance Ridgeline's visibility and reputation in the investment management industry. • Create and execute engaging, in-person field marketing events in partnership with regional sales team members. • Support Ridgeline’s owned and sponsored events to deliver an exceptional attendee experience while reinforcing our brand attributes. • Manage the planning and cross-team coordination for complex projects, including scope, timelines, resourcing, and performance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure consistent brand experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in brand and/or event marketing, preferably in a B2B, fintech, and/or SaaS environment. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand events, including large-scale activations such as conferences • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently. • A strong eye for detail and visual design, with basic design skills and ability to give creative direction. • Familiarity with a range of martech platforms, including creative tools, CRM systems, and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Figma, Salesforce, Google Analytics). • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
