Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM, marketing analytics, or related roles. • Proficiency with A/B testing, including exposure to relevant statistics topics such as hypothesis testing. • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to work through ambiguity and deliver solutions to business problems. • Presents findings and next steps clearly and with impact, tailoring to the specific audience • Keeps stakeholders updated with relevant and timely information • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance. • Strong organizational skills & effectiveness in project management • Has a positive attitude and loves opportunities to collaborate with others • Avid sports and gaming fan, and have played FanDuel or competitive products. • Willing to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and evening shifts. • Bachelor's Degree preferred
