Description

• Responsible for directly selling Care Navigation solution to self-funded employers • Develop channel relationships and manage sales process from start to finish

Requirements

• 5+ years sales/account management/producer experience in health plan, benefits consulting, or employer-centric network solutions • 2+ years benefit solution direct-to-employer/TPA/broker sales experience • 2+ years managing consultant & broker relationships • Proven track record within benefits solution space sales and/or upsells driving year-over-year profitable growth • Strong independent accountability showcasing follow-up and follow-through skills • Demonstrated knowledge of employer, TPA, broker and consultant sales • Current and substantive knowledge of employee benefit solutions • Proficiencies in Google suite, Microsoft office, salesforce and other industry related software
