Description

• Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and designers • Drive product vision, strategy, and execution to align with company goals • Facilitate productive meetings, workshops, and discussions • Actively seek opportunities for personal and team growth • Apply lean product methodologies to optimize product development processes • Assist clients in adopting and implementing product management best practices

Requirements

• Must have an Active US Secret or TS/SCI Security Clearance • 6-10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as product management, project management, technical program management, customer success roles, or related positions, with a demonstrated track record of meeting and surpassing objectives • Proven ability to lead and mentor a well-balanced product team • Exceptional communication skills with a keen interest in collaborative, paired-consulting environments • Strong facilitation skills for leading productive discussions and workshops • A deep passion for continuous skill development and a desire to tackle intriguing challenges and complex problems
