Description

• Deliver growth by managing territory and driving results through cold calling • Collaborate with Marketing, Inside Sales and Key Account manager • Represent and communicate Rittal’s overall IT product line • Assess customer product needs and provide product solutions • Service existing accounts and establish new accounts • Keep management informed by submitting monthly reports • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems • Manage, recruit, and work with local distributors

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the IT market • Bachelor of Science or Business Degree required or equivalent experience • 3-5 years minimum IT selling experience • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management tools is preferred • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written • Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and follow-up skills
