Description

• Assure Rockstar continues to build value for players for our subscription service through compelling analytics and reports. • Define, measure, and socialize KPIs for our subscription service. Build and maintain regular reports and provide ad-hoc analysis to support business needs. • Generate insights on lifecycle and retention by analyzing marketing campaigns and product feature releases. Present insights to key decision-makers and articulate recommended actions based on the findings. • Collaborate with stakeholders through the lifecycle of data solutions to ensure we are addressing the right needs. • Recommend and implement innovative data solutions and methodologies to measure membership health and create positive experiences for our players.

Requirements

• 4+ years working with SQL to perform exploratory analysis while writing readable and optimized queries. • 4+ years in data science or similar role in the gaming, marketing, finance, or technology fields required. • 2+ years in subscription analytics or live service analytics. • Ability to draw inferences from disparate data sources, identifying key findings and linking to business strategies or objectives. • Technical proficiency with large-scale datasets and cloud infrastructure • Bachelor's degree in Math, Economics, Statistics, or a related field preferred. • Experience with Python and common data science libraries. • Passion for Rockstar Games and our titles.
