• Executive Assistant to CEO • Primary point of contact for internal and external matters • Liaison to board of directors and senior management • Organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations • Proactive, organized, mission-driven, community oriented • Strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills • Ability to maintain balance among multiple priorities • Work independently under pressure to manage projects and confidential matters • Hybrid position requiring at least 3 days in-office per week • Various responsibilities including supporting CEO, managing calendar, communications, office spaces, CEO travel, event planning, and project management
• At least 5 years of experience as Executive Assistant to C-Suite member, Chief of Staff, or project management • Strong attention to detail and organization skills • Strategic thinker • Problem-solving skills • Excellent communicator • Team player • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, and Adobe Acrobat • Startup, climate tech, or renewables industry experience preferred • Passion for climate and sustainability • Ability to be onsite at specific office locations at least 3 days per week
