• We believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. • We aim to create a world where mental health is no longer stigmatized or marginalized. • We believe that by providing quality care that is both evidence-based and compassionate, we can empower individuals to take charge of their mental health and achieve their full potential. • Rula is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join our growing FP&A team. • You’ll have the unique opportunity to build the financial foundation for Revenue and Contribution success from the ground up. • Your financial expertise will be crucial in translating data into actionable insights, and shaping revenue-driving strategies and S&M tactics to drive growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience in finance with a focus on Revenue & Marketing • Understanding of GAAP accounting principles and financial statements • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to summarize detailed information in order to make actionable recommendations • Team management experience • BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field • Experience with Netsuite and financial planning software (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, etc.) • Ability to work with minimal direction and to set effective project plans • Ability to build trust and respect with senior leaders quickly • High growth start-up experience • Healthcare experience • Experience working in Banking, Venture Capital or Private Equity
