Description
• Help to maintain financial models to forecast key metrics and to support planning and investment decisions • Develop clear and insightful reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate complex financial data to stakeholders across the organization • Deep-dive into key SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, churn, LTV, CAC) to uncover trends, understand drivers, and identify opportunities for improvement • Leverage your SQL skills to extract, transform, and analyze data from our various systems • Partner with Product and Growth teams to define and track key metrics, share insights, and drive data-driven decision-making across the company • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, identify high-value customer segments, and develop strategies to reduce churn • Analyze pricing models, customer segments, and usage patterns to optimize pricing strategies and maximize revenue generation
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, ideally in the SaaS industry • Must have at least 2+ years working for a Seed to C stage company • Advanced proficiency in SQL (required) • Strong Excel/Google Sheets financial modeling skills • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Omni, Looker, etc) • Understanding of key SaaS metrics and business models • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and presentation abilities • Ability to work independently and take initiative • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven • Comfortable working independently and as part of a cross-functional team
