Description

• Accelerate the growth of our fast growing media business by building innovative product capabilities • Work alongside product marketing, editorial, design, engineering and other product teams to grow our advertising business • Develop a deep understanding of the needs of our audience and advertisers with both quantitative and qualitative data • Align stakeholders, set the product roadmap, prioritize features, build consensus, and coordinate product schedules • Own and write product requirements and user stories • Collaborate on launch and go-to-market strategy • Foster a culture of testing, data-driven decision making, and accountability for metrics and results

Requirements

• 5+ years product management experience, with at least 3 years leading consumer facing ad-supported products in the media/publishing or AdTech experience • Understand the online advertising space, including ad targeting and measurement and how its evolving • Grok (and rock) the process of research and testing to find product/market fit • Love conducting qual and quant research/testing as part of decision making process • Great communication skills and ability to sell position to all levels of stakeholders • Believe building relationships across the org is critical for success of products • Proclivity to deliver is part of product DNA • Bonus: Software experience in creating products that require collaboration with multiple engineering teams • Bonus: Can leverage SQL queries to pull data
