Description
• We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive M&A Operations Analyst to support our deal sourcing efforts. • Reporting to the Head of Origination, this role involves handling the initial stages of our M&A process, focusing on identifying and pre-qualifying potential acquisition targets. • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing top of the funnel, maintaining CRM hygiene, and nurturing existing relationships with potential acquisition targets.
Requirements
• Fluent German language skills (C1 at least) • Undergraduate degree coupled with 1-3 years of professional experience as a BDR, in Customer Support/Success, or a similar role. • Strong analytical and research skills to assess company information quickly and accurately. • Proven ability to manage a pipeline of leads and meet prospecting target quotas. • Ability to deal with significant email traffic in a timely manner. • Excellent organizational and documentation skills with keen attention to detail. • Proficiency in CRM and email marketing software is a plus. • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
