Description

• Operate as the lead point of contact for sponsors and ensure fulfillment of sponsorships • Communicate regularly with sponsors and work alongside them to ensure their needs are met • Educate and drive adoption of the company's full sponsorship offerings • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed • Report directly to the Operations team and work closely with VP Sales and the revenue team

Requirements

• BS/BA or equivalent • >3.0 years of experience managing clients post-sales • Experience visiting customers on-site & mapping out multiple stakeholders • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively • Experience in an account management capacity • Passion for building relationships with clients • Expert on client relationship management • High attention to detail
