Description

• Assist with development, implementation, and tracking of marketing programs • Write creative and impactful content for various mediums • Create engaging marketing materials • Ensure all creative assets are within brand guidelines • Work closely with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to implement marketing initiatives • Proactively identify PR and speaking opportunities in the industry • Effectively track and manage listing activity • Implement dynamic video and digital content for social strategy • Maintain email and social calendars to track campaign schedules

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field • At least one year of Marketing experience (Real Estate experience preferred) • Strong knowledge of marketing tools and systems such as Salesforce, Pardot, and content management systems • Able to translate marketing objectives into creative concepts and designs • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
