Description

• Responsible for the successful planning and execution of SafelyYou events programs that align with business objectives and drive lead generation • Partnering closely with SafelyYou’s broader marketing team • Support marketing team efforts to carry out marketing campaigns • Manage all event-related reporting • Design and execute outreach strategies that target specific audiences • Support email marketing template creation, testing and execution • Manage relationships with industry associations • Maintain an inventory and directory of marketing materials • Manage multiple, diverse projects in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 4+ years experience as an events associate or manager or similar role in a corporate or agency setting • Understands key drivers of successful event execution in virtual/digital, in-person/physical, and hybrid settings • Experience managing a variety of event formats, from creative, inspirational, in-person conferences to engaging virtual meetings, and everything in between • Senior living industry experience • Knowledge of B2B, healthcare and technology events, and industry • Passionate about SafelyYou’s mission and our technology • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Creative thinker and problem-solver • Strong desire to learn, along with professional drive • Passion for the event and marketing industry and its best practices • Proactive about anticipating and addressing issues before they arise • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to deliver on multiple projects at a time • Excellent interpersonal skills, building and maintaining relationships • Proficient with G Suite, Office 360, Monday.com, Salesforce, and Slack • Desire to explore, research, learn, adopt, and teach other technologies and tools as needed • Willingness to travel occasionally - up to 10% of the time • Copywriting experience is a plus
