Description

• Design, develop, test and deploy new changes into production • Collaborate with internal architecture and Microsoft product teams on platform related updates • Participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment • Interact with product and business stakeholders on requirements • Provide technical guidance to address production support and incidents • Work with offshore teams for ongoing development and support • Deep experience using Dynamic 365 and power platforms to create elegant and streamlined apps to support our customers and homeowner apps. • Utilizing Azure DevOps for CI/CD and backlog/progress checking. • Configuring and utilizing date stores such as SQL/SharePoint/Lists • Providing support to help automate the work queue management. • Ensure that the Dynamics Omnichannel is supporting the chat functions for our customer service team • Configuring and deploying Power BI solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related domain or equivalent work experience • 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 customer service modules. • 3+ years of experience in developing solutions using the Power Platform (Power Apps Canvas/Model Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents) • 1+ years of experience with Omnichannel • Experience with C# to create plug-ins and web flows • Experience with Power Apps Test Studio or other Power Platform testing solutions • Experience with the wider Microsoft 365 platform including SharePoint, Forms, Teams
