• Connected Forms is a brand new product at Samsara! • This team is building a platform that combines the power of digitization, intuitive UI, and centralized data to accelerate digital transformation and modernize customer operations. • You’ll lead a tight-knit group that values a quick feedback loop with customers and prioritizes speed and quality of execution.
Requirements
• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or other related technical degree • 3+ years of technical people management experience • 5+ years of relevant technical experience working with a team to develop software in a production environment • A track record of building and leading high-performing software teams • A customer-focused mindset and strong product sense • Willingness to dive deep and solve challenging technical problems • Experience with best practices around testing, monitoring, and SLAs to ensure high product quality in large-scale distributed web services • Interest in continually improving team processes, backed by a strong experience on efficient, self-directed teams • Experience in any or all of: GraphQL, gRPC, React Native, React, Go, and TypeScript • In-depth experience working with public cloud providers such as AWS, Azure or GCP in a large-scale production environment
