Description
• Provide high-quality and empathic therapy to individuals and groups • Facilitate engaging and effective 3-hour clinical groups three times a week • Develop and monitor personalized treatment plans
Requirements
• Minimum of a master's degree in a Behavioral Health Science required • Required to be a licensed clinician in the state of Illinois (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT) • All staff must be CPR Certified prior to their first day of employment • Previous experience with treating mental health conditions is required • Preferred experience with a treatment facility in residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), and/or intensive outpatient (IOP) settings.
