Description
• Evaluate funding applications, financial information, credit reports, and other relevant documents • Utilize proprietary technology and data analytics tools for underwriting • Conduct risk analysis to identify potential credit risks and recommend mitigation strategies • Apply underwriting guidelines and policies consistently • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess funding applications • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and lending policies • Perform periodic credit reviews using fintech platform • Maintain accurate records of underwriting decisions and provide recommendations to senior management
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, statistics, computer science, or related field • Minimum 5 years of experience in underwriting roles within B2B lending environments • Proficiency in analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and related documents • Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
