• Seeking a talented individual for Director, US Fundamental Equity (FE) Business Development role at Schonfeld • Responsibilities include recruiting US Fundamental Equity talent, being a brand ambassador, managing relationships, and acting as a bridge between candidates and Schonfeld • Expectation of enthusiasm, entrepreneurship, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Represent the firm to external counterparts including Sell Side and Agency partners
Requirements
• 3-7 years work experience in a business development role • Experience in high-volume, fast-paced work environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience working with CRM systems, Backstop preferred • Passion for the role and industry • Clear and polished communicator • Thoroughness and strong ownership of work streams and processes • Good team player with a willingness to participate and help mentor others • Self-starter • Attention to detail • Strong culture carrier
Benefits
