• Provide guidance and mentorship to the engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. • Drive initiatives to improve code quality, system resilience, and overall performance of our software solutions. • Work closely with internal customers to understand their requirements and translate them into elegant, scalable architectures. • Establish and promote best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation. • Lead the development and enhancement of SchonGPT and other internal tools, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance. • Contribute to the technical strategy and roadmap, aligning it with business goals and emerging technologies. • Experience in UX/User Experience
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Proven experience in managing and leading a software engineering team. • Proficiency in Python and AWS. • Experience in UX/UI • Experience in building shared, distributed tools. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
