Description

• Defining and implementing strategic direction for the IT and Security department • Overseeing and implementing IT strategy and security strategy in collaboration with the CISO • Ensure robustness and scalability of SaaS applications while maintaining data accuracy and integrity • Collaborating with CISO on IT Control Framework, regulatory compliance, and data security measures • Developing IT operational processes and overseeing infrastructure reliability • Recruiting, leading, mentoring high-performing IT team and managing IT budget

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing IT strategy and building IT organizations in a SaaS environment • Moderate level of experience managing security team members and implementing cybersecurity controls • 12+ years of progressive IT experience with 8+ years in a leadership role • Expertise in IT control frameworks and implementing regulatory requirements • Strong leadership, communication, and technical skills • Familiarity with IT governance frameworks and project management methodologies • Knowledge of IT architecture, data integration, and networking infrastructure • Proficiency in SaaS applications and cloud-based infrastructure • Strong team-building, organizational, and staff development skills • Ability to engage stakeholders at the CxO level
