Description

• Offering a highly accomplished financial planner professional an opportunity to develop new business and be a critical contributor on the financial planning team • Providing fiduciary guidance to the private client group • Supporting all aspects of financial planning including investment strategy, insurance, and aligning with client's goals • Leading, training, and motivating peers and clients • Engaging and educating retirement plan participants to help them make informed decisions • Driving revenue growth within assigned book of business • Exhibiting understanding of key features and benefits of Sentinel's products and services • Supporting new sales and market development initiatives

Requirements

• Planning and organizing skills • Professionalism and ability to react well under pressure • Quality work with accuracy and thoroughness • Strong sense of urgency and accountability • Team player with a focus on team success • Knowledge and understanding of mutual funds, retirement planning, and other financial matters • Ability to communicate subject matter clearly and in simple terms • Ability to work independently or as part of a group • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Interest in ERISA and retirement plan knowledge • Bachelor's degree • FINRA Series 6 or 7, 63 and 65 or 66 • Life Accident & Health licenses
