Identify and maximize revenue opportunities for the Unfurnished portfolio.

• Responsible for identifying and maximizing all potential revenue opportunities for the Unfurnished segment of the portfolio
• Analyze, identify, communicate and execute on revenue decisions
• Monitor competitor rates, positioning, strategies, and data
• Effectively use the AI Revenue Management Platform
• Conduct daily review of rate recommendations
• Incorporate market data to assess trends
• Actively manage lease expirations through differentiated pricing structures and concessions
• Lead weekly strategy and pricing calls
