• Provide comprehensive support to busy Co-Founders • Manage complex schedules and prioritize conflicting appointments • Handle all travel arrangements and itineraries • Coordinate meetings and events • Assist with preparation for Board meetings • Handle administrative tasks such as correspondence and phone calls
• 3-4 years experience supporting high-level executives • Exceptional organizational and time management skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving • Flexibility to accommodate changing priorities and schedules • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
