Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled Manager, Data Science & Analytics (Amazon) to join our team. • Reporting to the Director, Data Science & Analytics (Amazon), the Manager is primarily responsible for the build and execution of reporting and analytical projects while also contributing to strategic initiatives. • The ideal Manager will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of the Amazon ecosystem, and a passion for leveraging data to drive business growth. • Execute reporting and analytical projects to support the Amazon marketplace strategy. • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BI to track performance metrics and present findings to senior leadership. • Collaborate with internal teams to implement Amazon-specific strategies based on data-driven insights. • Utilize advanced data analytics, including predictive modeling, statistical analysis, data mining, and machine learning, to support decision-making and strategic planning. • Assist in the creation and maintenance of a Global Amazon Reporting Center of Excellence. • Manage data collection, integration, validation, and storage processes to ensure data integrity and accessibility. • Support process automation and AI/ML integration initiatives. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform reporting and analytical projects. • Identify opportunities to enhance business processes and drive operational efficiency through data insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) in a data analytics role, preferably in the CPG industry or a related field. • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field. • Expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, data mining, and machine learning techniques. • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL). • Experience with big data platforms, cloud-based data analytics solutions, and data warehousing. • Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices related to data privacy and security. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience with Amazon Vendor & Seller Central, Digital Shelf Tools, Full Funnel Media, and Audience Marketing Cloud data sets. • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills. • Driven, eager to learn, and a collaborative team player. • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. • Ability to contribute to strategic planning and execution.
