Description

• Looking for an experienced integration project manager with financial services knowledge • Manage the diligence and/or integration of acquired entities of our client • Create and execute plans to bring each newly acquired entity

Requirements

• At least 7 years' applicable experience, including managing various projects of increasing responsibility • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or relevant work experience • PMI or PMP certification or equivalent preferred • Advanced MS Office skills: Project, Vision, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint • Familiarity with M&A tools including Virtual Data Rooms is a plus • Ability to work multi-task and manage tight deadlines
