Description

• Work closely with multiple teams within Paladin as well as clients and subcontractors to scope, plan, and build highly complex projects. • Manage project teams efficiently while representing Paladin professionally. • Develop and manage schedules for on-time delivery and monitor budgets. • Create documentation to keep all stakeholders informed. • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships for business opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as commercial AV project manager with an AV integrator • Post-secondary education from an engineering technology program (controls and instrumentation, electronics, electrical, etc.) • Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project software • Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and work with multiple deadlines • Professional Engineering designation is beneficial but not required • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is beneficial but not required
