Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in product design • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in end-to-end product design • Proven experience leading design projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams • Mastery in design software, including Figma, Unbounce, Adobe Creative Suite • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles • Strong leadership and mentorship skills • Experience as a key member of a product delivery squad • Track record of using analytics data and user feedback to iterate on designs • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills • Ability to balance multiple projects, manage priorities, and work independently
