Description
• Drive product planning, design and execution of family products • Identify new opportunities to improve Sittercity’s care solutions • Build and execute a cohesive strategy in partnership with engineering partners • Collaborate cross-functionally to align work with company strategy • Monitor and report on development efforts, ensuring transparency and accountability • Define and analyze metrics that inform product & business success
Requirements
• 5+ years experience in product management, working closely with engineering, design and cross-functional teams • Extensive experience in direct-to-consumer or multi-sided-marketplace digital product ecosystems, with a focus on both mobile and responsive web experiences • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment • Strong technical foundation, with a solid business acumen and appreciation for design • Ability to distill and translate complex technical topics into easily communicable business updates • Innovative problem solver who can quickly grasp concepts and drive ambiguous problem into clear solutions • Demonstrated skill at product planning, including product definition, prioritization, and gaining insights from product metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations • Experience with these tools is a plus: Notion, Shortcut, Looker, Figma, HotJar, Lucidchart
