Scrum Master / Agile Coach

Lead agile/scrum practice and facilitate conversation in sprint teams.

• Be the Agile champion and guide one or more scrum teams in adoption of agile/scrum principles
• Ensure effective and efficient led scrum ceremonies such as stand-ups, grooming, sprint planning, release planning and retrospectives
• Monitor team activity and guide workload commitments encouraging collective ownership of story completion and sprint goals by the team
• Remove ambiguity by connecting with external teams or individuals so sprint progresses on schedule while also shielding team from external interferences that can jeopardize sprint goals
• Escalate impediments that cannot be resolved by the sprint team
• Maintain data integrity, completeness, and accuracy in team tools for work tracking and reporting
• Manage projects as required on behalf of the engineering department and provide consistent and periodic project status to senior leadership
