Description
• Build out and lead global tax accounting function • Primary voice to executive leadership on optimizing tax function and operations • Oversee interactions with external auditors for timely tax-related audit procedures • Coordinate with outside service providers on international tax compliance • Partner cross-functionally with key business partners for strategic initiatives
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required, CPA is a plus • Minimum 10 years of corporate tax experience required, with at least five years of experience in a Big Four accounting firm or a Corporate environment • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and ASC Topic 740 • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience developing corporate tax accounting processes and controls • Effective people leader with experience in change management • Critical thinker with a natural curiosity to analyze and improve business processes as well as solve complex issues • Experience in a fast growth Corporate environment transitioning from a private to public Company is a plus • Public Company accounting and SOX 404 experience is a plus
