Description
• Overall responsibility for managing tax compliance and reporting • Work with owners regarding tax structure • Responsibility for treasury management • Strategize on corporate structure efficiency while balancing the needs of Tax Equity structures • Preparation, filing and communications associated with annual tax returns • Oversee and ensure overall tax compliance • Support tax related aspects of financial reporting • Strategize and oversee treasury operations
Requirements
• Practical tax equity structure knowledge • Hands on experience with breadth of US tax matters • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Incredible level of organization capabilities
